Creative, Compassionate, Purpose-Driven
Hi! I’m Amanda! I am an Academic Coach for Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Bible with concentrations in Languages and Cross-Cultural Ministry from Arlington Baptist University. I have over a decade of experience working with children in a variety of settings, including teaching dance, art, and Bible in both classrooms and one-on-one environments. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with at-risk youth in lower-income communities across the U.S. and internationally, which has deeply shaped my passion for mentorship and education.
I chose SAOTG because of its focus on developing lifelong skills rather than short-term academic success. I love helping students grow in confidence, maturity, and internal motivation, skills that will serve them far beyond the classroom. Having had mentors who encouraged me to see my own value, I’m passionate about doing the same for my students and reminding them of their unique strengths and potential.
