Hi! I’m Areeba! I am an Academic Coach for Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Human Communications from California State University Fullerton. I am also certified in Core Subjects 4th-8th grade. I have most recently been in the classroom teaching 6th grade ELA and working with Teach for America. I believe school is important because we are exposed to different perspectives and mindsets, which fosters critical thinking skills. I hope to show students that learning is a process that includes both failure and success. We must try to always get back up even if something seems too difficult to understand!
