Thoughtful, Detailed, Motivated
Hi! I’m Ervin! I’m an Academic Coach with Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from Prairie View A&M University. My educational experiences have also taken me abroad, where I studied Mandarin and Chinese culture at Xi’an International Studies University and received language training in Swati through Peace Corps Eswatini.
I chose SAOTG because of the opportunity to be part of a team with a strong reputation while helping students build essential skills for success. What I love most about coaching is its highly personalized nature going beyond instruction to understand each student’s individual needs and helping them consistently practice the skills they learn. I hope to instill the values of forethought, integrity, and respect, while helping students turn those ideals into everyday habits.
