Hi! I’m Ethan! I am an Academic Coach for Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I am currently working on my Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from University of Houston. I have over three years of experience tutoring students through multiple tutoring companies and was also a research assistant at University of Houston. I believe that school is important for not only developing a skill set that will be marketable, but also for giving you the power to be knowledgeable of the world around you. It provides a basis for building logical thinking skills and acts as a scaffold from which further knowledge can be built. I love being able to see progression in my students and knowing that I may have had an impact on them. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student who was once struggling in a subject begin to master it. I hope to emphasize the overall importance of doing well in academics and having a solid work ethic.
