Hi! I’m Kadeeja, though most people call me KJ! I am an Academic Coach for Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I hold an MBA with a specialization in Global Strategic Human Resource Management, along with associate degrees in Early Childhood Care and Education and Health and Safety Management. I am currently pursuing my EC-12 Special Education certification and work as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other diverse learning needs. I chose SAOTG because the organization’s culture aligns with my passion for mentoring and helping students reach their fullest potential. What I love most about coaching is seeing students overcome challenges and experience the excitement and confidence that comes with achieving their goals. I hope to teach students that lifelong learning, resilience, and adaptability are the keys to overcoming obstacles and creating meaningful success.
