Hi! I’m Kristi! I am an Academic Coach for Staying Ahead of the Game LLC.I have my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Dillard University, my Master’s in Art of Teaching from University of Southern California, and my Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Southern University. I am Texas Principal Certified, as well as certified in Early Childhood-6th grade, ESL, and Gifted and Talented. I have over 13 years of classroom experience. I currently work to support scholars‘ social and emotional wellbeing at the campus and district level. During my time as a classroom teacher and tutor, I have honed my skills in supporting students with diverse learning differences, showcasing my adaptability and commitment to inclusive education. I encourage all of my students to ask for help because, with the right tools, you can accomplish anything.
