Hi! I’m LaKayla! I’m an Academic Coach with Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Childhood Development and Family Studies. With over 13 years of experience as a middle school educator, I’m passionate about supporting students and helping them develop the practical skills they need to succeed both academically and in the real world. I believe that anything is possible with practice, commitment, and consistent effort, and I love equipping students with systems and strategies that help them become more confident and successful.
