Hi! I’m Nate! I am an Academic Coach for Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a concentration in Social Development at University of Victoria in British Columia. During my undergraduate studies, I completed coursework on professional teaching methods and mathematics education, which provided me with an introduction to instructional strategies. At the university’s student union, I worked as an office coordinator. In that role I was able to help students with project management, self-advocacy, and wellness. I love the opportunity to build meaningful and nourishing relationships with young people who are the future leaders of our community. I want to ensure they are prepared to navigate the challenges of an ever-changing world with confidence and resilience. I hope to pass on the understanding that everyone’s journey is unique: shaped by their own strengths and challenges. Embracing this individuality allows us to grow with confidence and self-awareness!
