‘m Ryan! I am an Academic Coach for Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a minor in International Development Studies and my Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Montana. I am also TEFL certified and hold a 7-12 Social Studies teaching certification. My background includes service in the Peace Corps, teaching English abroad, and five years of experience in Texas secondary education. I chose SAOTG because the academic coaching model combines everything I love most about education, building relationships, setting meaningful goals, and helping students discover their own potential. What I love most about coaching is watching students grow into confident, independent young adults who pursue their dreams in their own unique way. I believe that with the right plan, support, and mindset, every student can achieve more than they ever imagined.
