Hi! I’m Sierra! I’m an Academic Coach with Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Business & Equine Science and my Master of Science in Agriculture from Sam Houston State University. I am also a Certified AALAS Laboratory Animal Technician.

I chose to coach with SAOTG because I believe in empowering students to build confidence, resilience, and practical skills that extend far beyond the classroom. What I love most about coaching is seeing students grow, not just academically, but in their self-belief. Watching a student overcome a challenge and realize their potential is incredibly rewarding.

I hope to pass on the value of persistence, adaptability, and breaking complex problems into manageable steps. I want students to understand that learning differences are not limitations, they are opportunities to discover new strengths and strategies.
