Hi! I’m Tonishea! I’m an Academic Coach with Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I am a school psychologist with extensive training in child development, learning differences, behavior, and social emotional growth. My education at Baylor University focused on supporting diverse learners, conducting evaluations, collaborating with educators and families, and helping students build the skills they need to succeed both academically and personally. I have specialized experience working with students with diverse learning needs, executive functioning challenges, and emotional and behavioral concerns. I’m passionate about helping young people build confidence, resilience, and real life skills in a supportive environment where they feel seen, safe, and capable.
