Hi! I’m Casey! I am an Academic Coach for Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I have a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from North Central College. I am currently working on my master’s in Theology from University of St. Thomas. I have several years of experience working with children of all ages, including teaching classes for a homeschool hybrid program, substitute teaching, and working as a teacher’s assistant in a special education classroom. In addition, I have taught martial arts classes for young children, teens and adults. I enjoy helping my students overcome their difficulties and develop skills that they can use for the rest of their lives. I strive to teach all of my students how to identify and solve problems, persevere through difficulties, and develop skills such as time management and note taking. These are lessons they can apply to all of their classes.
