Hi! I’m James! I am an Academic Coach at Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Brigham Young University and am about to matriculate into medical school this fall. Over the past four years I have helped over 400 students improve their scores on the ACT and SAT exams. I’ve also had experience teaching in both English and Spanish. I lived in Bolivia for two years teaching in impoverished populations and it had a large impact on my life. I love watching students accomplish their goals. I have experienced academic road bumps and barriers along the way and I feel very fulfilled being able to help others in their pursuit of knowledge and education. I hope that my students learn that through hard work and the right tools anything is possible!
