Hi! I’m Louis! I am an Academic Coach for Staying Ahead of the Game LLC. I have a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development. I am also a Special Education certified teacher and have worked in the classroom for 8 years. I have worked with a wide variety of neurodiverse profiles including dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, etc. I am also certified to teach Reading by Design, which is a dyslexia intervention program. I believe that consistency is the key to success in all aspects of life. I love to incorporate different approaches to learning and love to play the ukulele as music is such a great tool for learning. I also like to instill patience in the scholars I work with because we all learn at a different pace if we are consistent and do not give up!
